Children are empowered to learn and grow in a fun-filled environment. The Stretch-n-Grow education philosophy is based on the Stretch-n-Grow ‘Star’ theme. Each child is a ‘Stretch-n-Grow Star’, and the 5 points of the star represent one of the 5 health topics: Exercise, Nutrition, Rest, Hygiene and Attitude. Children learn positive attitudes to taking responsibility for their health, while developing confidence in their physical ability.
