About Us

Kevin and Steve own Fit & Well (NZ) Ltd, which owns Stretch-n-Grow NZ.

With a combined 40 years of experience, both share a passion for the development of young people to aspire to be fit and healthy at whatever level they desired, and to achieve in their academic studies to the best of their abilities.

There’s no doubt that is it was their wives, Rachel and Sue, who were the key driving forces behind taking on Stretch-n-Grow. As mothers, they both saw the need and share a desire to reach a younger audience with something that wasn’t just another dance class, or gym session, where you had to take your child to the venue, continually line up, and wait around.

So they put the hard word on their husbands, to secure the NZ rights for Stretch-n-Grow. Kevin and Steve had learned an ancient principle from an ancient kung fu master that said ‘happy wife, happy life’. Enough said!

Everybody involved with Stretch-n-Grow shares the same enthusiasm and excitement about providing the best fitness and health education, in the ‘funnest’ way, for our pre-schoolers.

We just have to focus on one thing only... Quality! – it’s the core of everything we do.

Our Mission: To build healthier generations through teaching as many children as possible the basics of proper exercise, nutrition, and related health issues.
