History of Stretch-n-Grow

Jill and Bob Manly of Dallas, Texas, USA created the Stretch-n-Grow fitness programme for pre-school children. Since commencing operations in 1992 the business has expanded internationally, and there are currently over 240 affiliates operating in USA, Canada, England, Ireland, Australia and NZ. David and Melissa Bowen brought the Stretch-n-Grow programme to New Zealand in May 2000.

Within approximately 12 months 400 families had enrolled their children in Stretch-n-Grow classes.

David and Melissa Bowen reside in Auckland with their 3 school-aged children. They spent 3 years researching service to child health and education before securing the NZ Master Franchise for Stretch-n-Grow.
